RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

1. Shipment:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items are refundable, sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.

4. Exchange (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at:

5. Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

6. Shipping costs


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
